Are SAD light boxes the same thing as Tanning beds?
If so I will just buy a $30 tanning package that a $300 SAD box. Also-does anyone have ANY feedback on the effectiveness of the light boxes?? I have MDD (major depressive disorder) that worsens in the winter months...Thank you:)
No tanning beds and light boxes are not the same. Light boxes use a special kind of light that most closely resembles natural daylight. I have never tried one.
